Greg Leos has over 20 years of senior level sales leadership experience in SaaS-based
FinTech and Cybersecurity industries. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple CRO
and head of sales roles, led global teams and transformed sales teams. He has deep
experience working with Private Equity-backed hypergrowth companies and has participated in
one I.P.O. and two successful company exits worth a combined $2.1B in value.
Most recently he was Chief Revenue Officer for VikingCloud (https://www.vikingcloud.com/), an
established global leader in Cybersecurity and Payments Compliance. In this role, he led all
revenue efforts for this Private Equity-backed company including direct sales, indirect/channel
sales, inside sales, SMB, and Enterprise. His sales organization consisted of 125+ people
across 5 continents.
He is an active participant in the Chicago technology startup community, working alongside
several early-stage companies as both an investor and business advisor. He currently serves
on the investment committee for Propellant Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in pre-
seed and seed stage technology firms located in the Midwestern United States.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Greg is active in community involvement and
philanthropy. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for Lincoln Park Zoo and for
Connections for Abused Women and Children, a Chicago-based domestic violence shelter and
advocacy group.
